I was banned for 3 days last week.

A week later I'm still banned.

I had just paid for 6 months with aim.

I went to discord to try to understand but no one answers precisely. We are banned in 2 seconds and we have to make tickets to replay? It's archaic. Godzilla told me to make a ticket and he kicked me out of discord because I was bothering him.

As I can no longer play and I have only used my 6-month order for a period of 3 days, how can I get the 25 € refunded?
